Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with you order (wrong item received, missing item, etc), please contact me!

Cancellations

As long as orders have not been dispatched, you can contact me to cancel your order.

Shipping

General shipping information
Orders will be shipped every Wednesday. The cutoff date is 6PM EST Tuesday, otherwise orders will be shipped the following Wednesday. 

Please use a valid email address when checking out, as I may need to contact you regarding your order (address, product details, etc).

Canada and US orders
Depending on location, Canadian and US orders take 4-12 business days from the date your package arrives at the sorting facility. This time is only an estimate, and may be affected by factors such as weather or holiday shipping volume. Tracking will be provided for all orders except print-only orders.

International Orders
We are only able to ship to Asia, Europe (excluding the UK and Germany), and Australia at this time.

Standard transit time is 8-21 days from the date your package arrives at the sorting facility, depending on location. This time is only an estimate, and may be affected by factors such as weather or holiday shipping volume. Tracking for standard shipping will be provided if possible, but for locations that are not within a major city, tracking may not be included. Please leave a note during checkout if you would like tracking, and if your address requires extra fees to include tracking, I will contact you.

If you need faster delivery, please contact me to arrange alternative shipping options.

Please be aware that international orders may incur extra fees and duties that are the buyer's responsibility, and must be paid before delivery. Fees differ for each country, information about fees can usually be found within your country's postal website.

Print Only Orders
Due to the way big cartel sets up shipping profiles, orders with prints or stickers only may be overcharged shipping. As such, there is a shiping option available to select if your order contains prints or stickers only. If this option is selected with any other items, your order will be cancelled with no notice.

Tracking is also unavaible with this option. If you would like tracking, please select the regular shipping option.

Address Change
Addresses may be editted if there is an error or you are expecting to move as long as the order has not been dispatched yet. Once you have received a shipment notification email, we are unable to change your address.

Undeliverable or Wrong Address

Please double-check that addresses entered are correct. Addresses are only verified for format at the time of purchasing shipping labels, and does not check if it is a deliverable address. Due to policies with the shipping fulfilment centre, packages that cannot be delivered to the address provided at checkout will be discarded, and we will be unable to refund or reship your order.
